Your 7-day free trial starts the first time you sign in to the ChatterPilot app. No payment card is needed. Use it to check that ChatterPilot works with your computer and messaging accounts before buying Plus.
Purchases are final sale
Luna packs and monthly or yearly Plus payments are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. There is no automatic refund or money-back guarantee.
Luna packs are an optional top-up for Plus members. You can buy and use them only while your Plus plan is active.
Canceling Plus
Cancel Plus from your account page to stop the next renewal. Cancellation does not refund the current paid term. You can keep using Plus until that term ends.
A monthly-to-yearly upgrade credits unused monthly time against the yearly charge. Stripe shows the exact total before you confirm. A yearly-to-monthly change takes effect at the end of the paid yearly term.
When Plus ends, the ChatterPilot app is locked until you subscribe again. Purchased Luna stays on your account and does not expire. It works again when you subscribe.
Billing questions and individual review
For a billing mistake or refund request, use the contact form. We review each request individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Include the charge date and product, but never send your full card number.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived. Where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy, that law applies.
